Eric Hernando is a 29-year veteran of the Holmdel Police Department who has lived in Holmdel since 1977. He is currently assigned to the Criminal Investigations Division and is also the Coordinator for Holmdel's Office of Emergency Management. Eric is the Director of Holmdel's Unmanned Aircraft System (Drone) Program since 2017 and he is the Chief of the Holmdel Fire Department. Eric founded the Holmdel Fire Rescue Company #2 in 2006 and is serving his fourth year as Chief.
