Heavenly estates Application Update
On September 2, 2025 the Holmdel Planning Board approved a new design for Heavenly Estates under rural conservation zoning. Under that zoning, 16 homes will be built on the 92-acre property, with more than 50 acres being deeded to the Monmouth County Park system for open space with trails.

On Thursday, December 19 2024, the Township Committee held a public hearing regarding the redevelopment plan for the former Vonage property, now owned by CHA Holdings.
